I am licensed clinical psychologist offering in-depth, individual psychotherapy. I am based in Raleigh, North Carolina (6437) and I am also licensed in California (PSY33622). Due to being licensed in both states, I offer online psychotherapy to individuals located across North Carolina and California. Specialties: While I see individuals from all backgrounds and with all many presenting difficulties, I specialize in a handful of presentations that I have an adept knowledge of and skill-base treating. My specialties include relationship difficulties, ADHD, life transitions, gender and sexuality identity, narcissistic traits/personality disorder, depression, and anxiety.

Training: I earned my Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University in 2020 and became licensed in California in 2022. Throughout my graduate and post-graduate training, I have spent 8+ years obtaining high quality training in an array of settings and with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Most recently, I completed a 2-year, intensive psychotherapy training program through which I received weekly supervision, coursework, and case consultation. Such a depth and breadth of training experiences have provided a deep understanding of people, relationships, and most importantly, what leads to lasting, meaningful change.
