All evaluations are scheduled through the Social Security Administration and Disability Determination Services agency.

About The Exam
What are specialty examinations?
Specialty examinations are for the specific purpose of disability determination. We evaluate all ages, from children through adults. If you have questions about an upcoming or past evaluation in our office, we will try to help, but please also contact your assigned disability evaluation analyst. Their name and number will be on your appointment confirmation letter.
How are examinations booked?
Specialty examinations are booked by Social Security Disability Determination Services.
How to prepare
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your exam for parking, registration, and paperwork.
Please bring a photo ID and a list of any psychiatric medication that you are currently prescribed.
What if a translator is needed?
Translators will be provided by Social Security if needed/requested. A family member may not serve as a translator.
